Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of organization and job design. These are essential factors, which needs to be taken into account by all the members in achieving organizational goals and leading to up-gradation of overall structure of the organizations. The members, belonging to all job positions in the hierarchy of the organizations are required to pay attention towards carrying out the function of organization. On the other hand, individuals in leadership positions are required to implement all the necessary factors, which are facilitating in carrying out job design in an adequate manner. One of the important factors that needs to be taken into account is, positivity needs to be reinforced in all the factors. The human resources are required to make use of their educational qualifications, competencies and abilities in an adequate manner. Furthermore, they need to ensure, they are well-informed in terms of job duties and methodologies that are needed to carry these out in a well-organized manner. One of the important aspects that needs to be taken into account is, utilization of different types of pioneering methods and materials will be facilitating in carrying out job duties in a satisfactory manner and promoting enrichment. Therefore, it is well-understood that organization and job design are vital factors in promoting enhancement of organizational structures. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, objectives of organization and job design, factors having an effect on job design and measures to be put into operation in promoting enhancement of job design.

Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of education system in rural communities. More than 70 percent of the population resides within rural communities. The rural individuals have recognized the meaning and significance of education. They have formed the viewpoint that education imparts information in terms of not only academic subjects, but also in terms of strategies, which are necessary in promoting enrichment of overall quality of lives. They have reinforced the viewpoint that they will acquire employment opportunities and will enhance their overall standards of living, when they will acquire education. Within rural communities, the system of education is in an under-developed state. In other words, there are occurrences of various types of dilemmas and challenging situations within the course of achievement of educational goals. Furthermore, teaching-learning methods, teaching-learning materials and instructional strategies are in an under-developed state. In addition, the individuals are not being able to hone creative skills, as various types of extra-curricular and creative activities are in a well-developed condition. Therefore, in rural communities, education system is not well-developed and there is a need to formulate programs, which would promote enrichment of overall system of education. As a consequence, progression will take place of individuals, communities and nation as a whole. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, objectives of acquisition of education, impediments experienced within the education system in rural communities, and measures to be implemented in promoting enhancement of education system in rural communities.

Abstract: This paper explores on service quality of an Jaipur International airport, which is more influenced on the passenger satisfaction. Measuring and improving service quality has become an important. The quality of airport services for passenger is investigated in this paper using Airport Council international Airport service Quality (ASQ) method. The data were collected through structured questionnaire addressed to departing and arrival passengers. Passengers expressed their perceptions according to an ordinal verbal scale about some service factors concerning aspects such as Check-In, security, Airport facilities, access, and arrival services etc. We propose an ordered ACI ASQ model with the aim to investigate on the result from the analysis has suggested that all the dimensions of service quality influences the passenger satisfaction. The information endowed with the study can be used for designing the marketing strategies to improve the passenger satisfaction in aviation industry.

Abstract: This endeavor is a promising attempt to find out the real materialistic happiness of human beings in the world, especially when compared to the world’s materialistic happiest nation with densely populated nation India by considering the factors which are already considered for the happiest study, like GDP, human development index, social welfare, individual freedom to make choices in life, generosity, degree of corruption in the country and good life expectancy. To try and find out the real factors for happiness in the world. Material happiness is available outside of human beings, whereas the real happiness lies within every one of us, which is beyond our measurement.

Abstract: This paper discusses affiliate marketing, in which the seller or service provider is a rewarding and fulfilling agent so-called affiliate for each visitor, which through its way to attract a dealer there, who performed some action, either directly make purchases, register to subscribe to a newsletter, or simply browse the site. Affiliate marketing drives 16% of ecommerce sales in the U.S. and Canada. Amazon’s affiliate programme, Amazon Associates, has the greatest market share among affiliate networks (46.15 percent). Affiliate marketing is one of the most effective forms of digital advertising. Increasing Internet usage worldwide is propelling the affiliate marketing industry, particularly in India. Tata Strategic Management Group titled “Affiliate Marketing in India – The Next Frontier”. There are 75 highest-paying top affiliate programmes in India for 2020, organised by niche. Affiliate marketing involves three parties: the advertiser, the publisher, and the consumer. According to STATISTICA, 84 percent of U.S. Publishers and Advertisers use affiliate marketing. Adoptability and future potential of affiliate marketing in Indian enterprises is the focus of this study paper.

Abstract: Novel Corona Virus Disease popularly known as the COVID 19, has had a significant impact on the lives of people around the world after crossing borders from China. It not only took the life of millions of people but also imparted mental disorders among the population. The phenomenon has led to massive reaction of the public, the news channels providing the live updates has raised the anxiety level of the people by several times, leading to numerous mental health issues among a diverse population. Thus, the paper aims to identify the long-term effects of the pandemic on the population of the world. For the purpose, both primary and secondary sources of data collection were used relying more upon the secondary method. Then a detailed discussion was carried out on the basis of the collected data, and finally the matter has been concluded and constructive recommendation has to improve the mental state of the people in India and globally.
