<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of non-government organizations and management. The non-government organizations have one of the primary goals of promoting well-being of community members. The individuals are required to make sure the management has to take place in an efficient manner. The individuals, belonging to all positions in the hierarchy are required to be well-informed in terms of different types of job duties and methodologies. These are vital in promoting functioning of non-government organizations in an effective manner. The primary aim is to put into operation the measures, which are facilitating in alleviating different types of social problems of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, homelessness and crime and violence. As a consequence of being overwhelmed by all these problems, individuals take help and support from non-government organizations. The augmenting of analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills will be facilitating to the individuals on a comprehensive basis. As a consequence, all the members will contribute efficiently in doing well in one’s jobs and generating desired outcomes. Therefore, it is well-understood, non-government organizations have an indispensable role to play in promoting well-being of community members. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the significance of non-government organizations and management, measures to be implemented in enhancing functioning of non-government organizations and management and advantages of enhancing functioning of non-government organizations and management.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The individuals, belonging to all communities, categories and socio-economic backgrounds have recognized the meaning and significance of education. The have reinforced the viewpoint that education is the instrument, which not only imparts information in terms of academic subjects and lesson plans, but also in terms of ways that are necessary in emerging into moral and ethical human beings and productive citizens of the country. Furthermore, individuals are able to bring about transformations in their overall personality traits and standards of living. Within educational institutions of all levels, the educators are having the primary goal of promoting student learning and leading to their effective growth and development. Furthermore, educators are required to make sure, they are required to lead to up-gradation of motivation and concentration levels towards putting into operation various types of job duties related to learning. Furthermore, the students augment information in terms of various types of skills and abilities in educational institutions of all levels. In addition, the individuals need to work diligently in order to overcome all types of setbacks. Furthermore, these need to be prevented from giving rise to impediments within the course of putting into operation different types of tasks and activities. Therefore, through acquisition of education, individuals are rendering an important contribution in promoting enhancement of their overall standards of living. One of the important advantages is, individuals will contribute efficiently in promoting well-being and goodwill of other individuals, including family and community members. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of education, factors enabling individuals to acknowledge the significance of education and advantages of acquiring education.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The impact of perceived discrimination is the main topic of this study, which examines the connection between gender discrimination and job satisfaction. In addition to addressing the widespread gender prejudice in the workplace, the study looks at how job happiness is affected by discriminatory beliefs. Employers from a variety of industries provide data using quantitative methodologies, which evaluate gender, perceived discrimination, and job happiness. The detrimental impacts of gender discrimination on job satisfaction are revealed by statistical analyses, which are mediated by discrimination perceptions. Finding moderating factors in this relationship is the goal of the study. In order to address gender bias, implications direct inclusive strategies for businesses and policymakers. The research reveals complex relationships between gender discrimination, perceived discrimination, and job happiness, adding to our understanding of psychology. The study, which included 54 Government Girls High Schools with 270 teachers apiece, demonstrates that female teachers have a favorable attitude about their jobs, which affects their motivation, commitment, and student outcomes. This study adds to our understanding of the job satisfaction of Pakistani female teachers working in public schools in Lahore.</span></p>
