<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The individuals, belonging to all communities, categories and socio-economic backgrounds have recognized the meaning and significance of education. They have formed the viewpoint that education is the instrument, which not only imparts information in terms of academic concepts and lesson plans, but also in terms of ways that are necessary in emerging into moral and ethical human beings. The system of education within urban communities is well-developed. On the other hand, within rural communities, it is not in a well-developed state, hence, rural individuals migrate to urban communities in order to acquire education. The educators in educational institutions of all levels are having the primary goal of leading to effective growth and development of students. Furthermore, the teaching-learning methods, teaching-learning materials and instructional strategies are in a well-developed state. With advancements taking place, educators are making use of various types of modern, scientific and innovative methods and materials in the implementation of different types of tasks and activities within educational institutions of all levels. As a consequence, students are able to achieve educational goals and developments takes place of overall system of education. Therefore, it is understood on a comprehensive basis that system of education is well-developed within urban communities throughout the country. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding importance of education system in urban communities, features of education within urban communities and advantages of acquiring education within urban communities.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The individuals, belonging to all communities, categories and socio-economic backgrounds have recognized the importance of education on a comprehensive basis. They are getting enrolled in educational institutions of all levels. Within rural communities, these are not in a well-developed state, whereas, within urban communities, these are well-developed, hence, individuals are migrating to urban communities to acquire education. As a consequence of acquiring an efficient understanding of features of education, progression will take place of individuals. Hence, it is of utmost significance for all individuals to acquire the meaning of features of education. These highlight how education is useful to individuals in bringing about improvements in overall personality traits and standards of living. Furthermore, the information that is generated through acquiring good-quality education needs to be put into practice in order to promote well-being of family and community members. Furthermore, living conditions of the individuals will be enhanced. When women, belonging to disadvantaged sections of the society acquire education, they will render an important contribution in bringing about improvements in their overall quality of lives. Therefore, in order to lead to up-gradation of overall standards of living and achieve desired goals and objectives, one needs to acquire an understanding of features of education. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, features of education, understanding features of education is facilitating in promoting enrichment of living conditions and understanding features of education is essential in promoting women empowerment.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> An organization&#8217;s performance can be led by implementing a management approach called &#8220;business excellence.&#8221; However, the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) are the two most well-known excellence models. Prior to the Covid-19 outbreak, there was no significant crisis within a decade that put those business excellence principles to the test. This paper looks for a conceptual framework that connects business excellence dimensions and performance with business resilience as a mediator. In this study, three concepts—business excellence, business resilience, and business performance—are conceptually linked. This paradigm should be empirically evaluated in the Qatari companies and looked at from various cultures and markets in order to do more research. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> V.S Naipaul is acknowledged as one of the most talented writers dealing with postcolonial themes for his fictions. As a Nobel Prize winner author, he has written a number of fictions such as A House for Mr Biswas (1961), A Bend in the River (1979), Miguel Street (1959), An Area of Darkness (1964), In a Free State (1971), The Mimic Men (1967), India: A Million Mutinies Now (1990) and so on. The article presents a review of his postcolonial fictions with a thorough thematic analysis. Naipaul treats the themes of pessimism, identity crisis, social fragmentation, diaspora and internal struggles of immigrants. He also presents the futility of designing a new Westernised identity by discarding old roots. The political, social and cultural upheavals and its critical impact is also illustrated by the author.</span></p>
