<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of the factor that occurrences of conflicting situations are considered as major impediments within the course of development of mutual understanding among members of the organizations. Within workplace, there are occurrences of conflicting situations in terms of various factors among individuals. These are experienced in a major or minor form. Furthermore, these enable the individuals to incur the feeling of job dissatisfaction. Furthermore, they experience decline in motivation and concentration levels towards putting into operation different types of tasks and activities. Hence, all the members, belonging to all job positions in the hierarchy need to be well-equipped in terms of peaceful conflict resolution methods. In order to do well in one’s job duties and responsibilities, they need to form cordial and amiable terms and relationships with other individuals. Furthermore, it needs to be ensured, there should not be any room for the occurrences of conflicting resolutions. As a consequence, there will be up-gradation of motivation and concentration levels towards the implementation of tasks and activities. Furthermore, one will render an important contribution in meeting the expectations of individuals in leadership positions. Therefore, these need to be solved in order to lead to progression of organizations and promoting well-being of human resources. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, measures to be put into practice in resolving conflicting situations and advantages of resolving conflicting situations.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> In all types of organizations, individuals in leadership positions and management need to be well-informed in terms of infrastructure, amenities and facilities. They need to put in efforts to their best abilities in making these available. These are the key in promoting enhancement of overall environmental conditions within workplace. These make the individuals feel comfortable within the working environment. Furthermore, they will be able to concentrate efficiently on their tasks and activities. The different types of infrastructure, amenities and facilities are, power supplies, water supplies, restrooms, clean drinking water, heating and cooling equipment in accordance to the weather conditions, communication networks, transportation facilities, ramps, elevators, parks, buildings and overall environmental conditions. For this purpose, management of financial resources is regarded to be of utmost significance. Furthermore, they need to hire the services of service providers, i.e. electric workers, repair workers, technical assistants, plumbers, carpenters, painters, gardeners, and so forth. All these individuals need to be efficient and well-informed in terms of different types of job duties and responsibilities. On the other hand, lack of infrastructure, amenities and facilities is a barrier. Therefore, lack of infrastructure, amenities and facilities is a barrier within the course of up-gradation of organizations. Hence, throughout one’s jobs, wholehearted efforts need to be made in managing these in an efficacious manner. The main concepts that are taken into account in this research paper are, understanding the meaning and significance of infrastructure, amenities and facilities, advantages of making provision of infrastructure, amenities and facilities and measures to be implemented in making provision of infrastructure, amenities and facilities.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The efficient control in the manufacturing control is very essential to increase the productivity and some specialized devices are made with and adequate functions. These devices are MEMS (Micro Electromechanical Systems), which are low-power microdevices widely used in the industrial processes of the Mexicali aerospace industry, which have the function of controlling the operation of industrial systems at any stage of manufacturing by evaluating the way to carry out their activities, comparing standardized values with data real and activate and deactivate high power actuator mechanisms such as fans, motors, electric pumps and other high power used in this installed industry. These microdevices have specific characteristics in their operation to obtain the best operational performance of industrial equipment and machines, at a low cost and partially operating according to the operating system reference values of industrial systems and generating a safe process in their operation. The industrial processes of the Mexicali aerospace industry require specialized knowledge because they manufacture components with very rigid operations because they are manufactured for aircraft with very rigorous regulations, due to the high security that air transport requires. MEMS have increased their use in the last ten years, where it has been applied to various industries due to the simple way of coupling with industrial systems, and this is why research was conducted to evaluate its use in a company in this city that they did not intend to use them and when observing that they increased their productive performance at one stage of their industrial processes, they chose to apply them in all their manufacturing areas. The investigation was from 2018 to 2019.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Effective advertising is crucial for the company in influencing their customers to buy their products. Since advertising is the primary way in which the company communicates with its customers, it is an area of significance for companies to focus on. In spite of numerous theoretical and empirical studies that examine celebrity endorsement on purchase intention, a more comprehensive model is required. It is in the light of this I developed Fit-for-Purpose comprising of identification, internalization and fitness dimensions, which are proposed to be strong predictors of purchase intention. The study was based on literature review. The researcher recommended and concluded that firms must keep in mind that celebrity endorsements cannot take the place of robust brand building processes. As a result, marketers should make sure that the brand being endorsed and the endorser (local or international, celebrity type, etc.) are a good match, so that the endorsements will positively influence customers&#8217; thinking processes and generate a positive impression.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The impact of a global pandemic has displayed extremely catastrophic consequences affecteing 206 countries in the recent days. Not only has it affected human lives but also the political and economic stability of various nations. The great philanthropist and Corporate Giant Bill Gates had stated that the worst pandemic in modern history was the Spanish flu of 1918 which killed tens of millions of people. Today we stand at the threshold of another pandemic waiting for it to end with bated breath. If only the epidemic could havebeen anticipated before its attack, the impact would have been less or probably negligible as compared to the devastating situation witnessed in the recent times. Apart from the tragic loss of human lives, the nations have endured the cost of shutting down core economic activities and offices temporarily in order to circumvent the spread of epidemic. This epidemic has displayed a negative impact on the normal growth curve demographically and economically as well. Given the fact that over 3,148,709 people have been affected by COVID-19 disease all over the world and over 219000 deaths (as of 28th April 2020)[1], it is important to control the spread as well as keep the economy running. With the rising social disharmony and prevalent economic shock it has been estimated that India might run into the state of recession. Given the pace of growth any shock or political unrest can take us 20 years back in terms of development. Other countries in South East Asia and Africa who are in the same stage of development as India is, will also have to face the ramifications of global pandemic. Undoubtedly the pandemic has struck us in the form of a biological weapon. This paper aims to find out the reason behind such pathological developments and bring out applicable solutions to expurgate the economic ordeal caused by the biological hazard.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This article focuses upon how, within American Indian Studies courses, there is a necessary border crossing between territorialized Native and non-Native students. Taking the literal borders of Indian reservations, and repositioning these realities as a metaphor for critical epistemological deconstruction, I argue that there is a necessary educational border crossing which is necessary for Native/Indigenous equity and socio-political justice to be realized and acquired as cultural currency. As students within these courses begin to understand, embrace, and challenge American Indian Studies (AIS) courses, and the dynamics of the discipline, there is a self-defined border crossing between, and within, the Native/Indigenous ideological territories, and literal, physical reservation borders, which the curriculum represents. Each student may – or will – find their own point of critical Native/Indigenous inquiry, from which they are challenged and welcomed to embrace, as well as depart from previous scripted Euro American rhetorical references regarding Native/Indigenous cultures. Following this critical epistemology, for the student participant, a new territory of knowledge, cultural, and expressed understanding from, and about, Native/Indigenous Peoples becomes manifest; a new academic frontier is possible. Applying this methodology, for academic decolonization, the i/Indian image/icon need not exist within the textbook(s); the potential for recognizing and decolonizing the physical reservation borders becomes possible. The realities of Native lives – both historic and contemporary &#8211; do matter, beyond these limitations and scripted inclusions within textbooks. Whereas a text may prove as a site of disenfranchisement, inequity, and, tribal marginalization, there, then, lies the necessity for Native V/voices to be heard, reviewed, and function as sovereign references and expressions, which advances beyond the terminal reservation borders as agency. This article seeks to challenge pre-determined academic references, mis-representations and re-presentations of Native Peoples, read: the i/Indian image/icon, as well as providing a critique of how Native/Indigenous realities are, then, able to sovereignly relate to the large non-Native population beyond the limitations of a physical reservation border. Taking note that there is no one single educational methodology, which can be applied within American Indian courses, multiple academic perspectives begin to surface, which address the educational process about Native Peoples. The 3 views of Indian education – anthropological/archeological/ethnographic/historical,sympathetic, activist &#8211; as I argue, become, and are maintained as antiquated points of articulation, which continue to be employed about Native Peoples, replacing the active dynamics of Native cultures, customs, traditional knowledge, and expressions. This article, therefore, challenges these 3 views of Indian education &#8211; anthropological/archeological/ethnographic/historical, sympathetic, activist &#8211; noting that the classroom, textbook(s), and their references, mis-representations and re-presentation(s) about Native Peoples, need to be decolonized, following the importance, ideology, dialectics and dynamics of tribal sovereignty, equity, and socio-political justice.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> Effective advertising is crucial for the company in influencing their customers to buy their products. Since advertising is the primary way in which the company communicates with its customers, it is an area of significance for companies to focus on. In spite of numerous theoretical and empirical studies that examine celebrity endorsement on purchase intention, a more comprehensive model is required. It is in the light of this I developed Fit-for-Purpose comprising of identification, internalization and fitness dimensions, which are proposed to be strong predictors of purchase intention. The study was based on literature review. The researcher recommended and concluded that firms must keep in mind that celebrity endorsements cannot take the place of robust brand building processes. As a result, marketers should make sure that the brand being endorsed and the endorser (local or international, celebrity type, etc.) are a good match, so that the endorsements will positively influence customers&#8217; thinking processes and generate a positive impression.</span></p>
